In Bangladesh, the streets are populated by a large number of stray cats and dogs. These unfortunate animals roam around, facing heart-wrenching cruelty in their desperate search for food. Many of them suffer severe injuries from road accidents, without receiving the compassionate care they desperately require. Recognizing this dire need, RobinHood The Animal Rescuer has always felt compelled to establish a shelter that can provide support and assistance to these vulnerable stray animals.

Unfortunately, due to limited funding, acquiring a proper shelter has been a challenge. However, driven by the overwhelming necessity for such a facility, we have transformed the founder's residential house into an animal shelter. Currently, RobinHood's shelter serves as a refuge for numerous disabled cats and dogs. While it is an immense challenge to accommodate over a hundred disabled animals within a residential setting, this is the best solution available at the moment.

Within our shelter, we offer a home for injured and disabled animals who cannot survive without assistance. Whenever we come across a stray animal that has fallen victim to cruelty, abuse, or an accident, we bring them to our shelter and provide comprehensive medical support. We firmly believe that every life is precious and deserving of a chance to live, as long as nature permits. Consequently, we never resort to euthanizing any animals; our shelter becomes their permanent home.

We aspire to acquire a proper shelter in the future, capable of accommodating a larger number of animals in need. Our ultimate goal is to provide a safe haven for as many stray animals as possible, ensuring they receive the care and support they deserve.
