RobinHood The Animal Rescuer is a voluntary organization devoted to promoting animal welfare in Bangladesh. Our name only scratches the surface of our multifaceted efforts. In addition to rescuing animals from abuse, cruelty, accidents, and dangerous situations, our dedicated volunteers offer a wide range of services. We provide veterinary care to injured and sick animals, ensuring ongoing treatment for severely injured animals while offering our shelter as a permanent home. Our mobile ambulance service swiftly responds to emergencies, providing on-site treatment and transportation to our clinic when necessary. Furthermore, we regularly hit the streets to feed hungry stray animals.

Despite progress, Bangladesh still lacks robust legislation to safeguard animals against abuse and cruelty. We actively raise awareness about animal rights through media campaigns and grassroots initiatives. Moreover, we tirelessly advocate for lawmakers to enact strong animal protection laws.

To report animals in need, individuals commonly reach out to us via our Facebook page and webpage. We have also recently volunteered to participate in the national emergency phone line, where calls reporting animals requiring rescue are redirected to us. Unfortunately, due to limited resources and funding constraints, we cannot respond to every call. Our operations cover a wide scope, and we can only accomplish so much with the resources at our disposal. Consequently, we rely on donations to sustain our rescue efforts and other initiatives. Regrettably, local contributions are insufficient to support our intended operations. We always hope that compassionate animal lovers concerned about animal well-being will step forward to support us. Our existing animal shelter resides within a residential house, serving as a sanctuary for over a hundred disabled and ill cats and dogs. 

Our vision is to establish a larger and more suitable shelter that can accommodate a greater number of animals in need, providing them with a nurturing environment. We strive to expand our operations nationwide, ensuring that all neglected stray animals receive the care and protection they truly deserve. By creating a spacious and welcoming shelter, we aim to improve the lives of countless animals, offering them a safe haven where they can heal, thrive, and find loving forever homes. Our vision encompasses not only the physical expansion of our shelter but also the expansion of our reach and impact, working tirelessly to make a positive difference in the lives of animals across the entire country.
